I have purchased a Neotel modem, we have not received any sim card with the device, we have now spent hours following the instructions given to us by the sales person, to no prevail, which included a an email like number, a password and this not began to work, we have tried calling the customer care number given when u start up the device and tried searching for another number after a message of congestion kept occuring when trying to call.. This has left us frustrated with a device which we have paid for and now currently can not use, this all could of been avoided witht he help of a working cutomer care line.
