i went into cell c on sunday (6-1-2013) to upgrade my phone and also my contract as cell c no longer offer the casual chat 100 contract.
i weighed all my options and decided to settle on the samsung galaxy s3 on a straight up 200 contract at R533.00 per month.
i was informed that they have no stock of the phone and that i could come and collect it on first thing on tuesday morning (8-1-2013) i thought i will give them time to get everything ready, and drove from the other side of town at 12 to go collect the phone, on arrival at the shopi was told my phone has not arrived i must return wednesday (9-1-2013) at 9am to collect the phone on arrival at 9 i was told it will be here within an hour if i could wait in town, i went to sit in my car as i have no bussiness to do in town for an hour and went back to simply be told sorry there no phone for me.
i then got contacted by the shop manager (shaun) that afternoon and he promised me he will try and get it sorted but can't promise me a delivery date. he the proceeded to tell me he will cantact me the next day before 12 with feedback, at 3 pm no feedback was recieved i then contacted him, to be told there is no stock
