I purchased a Neotel device and sim on the 4 September 2013. I have tried to dial my number 031 8119139 but the call did not go through. I found out from the customer service department that the number is active but the device I purchased is not. This should have been done when the number was activated.
Ref: FCR216877379 - I must go back to the store to sort out.
Kindly don't do this to another customer.
