On the 02 February 2012 I went to Cell C branch at Cresta Mall to do Sim swipe as I have lost my phone last month. I was assisted by Shaik Mahomed and was I was informed that everything is sorted out. I asked for slip but he said he does not have slip. When I arrived at home I tried to use sim card but it kept on saying no network. I phoned Cell C contact centre, provide them with Rica number. I was told that they can't pick it up on the system and I was advised to go back to the branch. Yesterday I went to the branch again, and it seems he can't remember me anymore.
May you please assist me with the following information as I want to terminate both contract and advise who will refund me with R150.00 back that I used to buy Sim card

2. Settlement amount of cell number 084 846 7007
I will appreciate if I can get feedback before 15:00 as I want to settle this matter as soon as possible
