I have been dealing with the staff at this branch of Telkom since Telkom still had offices in Sabie and in White River, with the closure of these branches these staff members have now been at the Riverside Branch for quite some time. Over the years I have been in to re-connect phone lines, report faults, purchase new phones and order new services and I have always been met with the same service from each of the members of the branch which is friendly, helpful and they always go the extra mile. The staff always greet me.
My recent dealings have included purchasing a new handset in December and going in yesterday to report a faulty line. Both times the staff have assisted me quickly and efficiently.
