Went in to Cell C for a sim swap just to find out that they are ridiculously expensive with it with R150. So after everything went through we paid with a debit card thought to be R150. That was charged and the slip printed out. The slip said R50 but the slip for the card said R150. Where do you give a slip to someone where you don't give the total amount and then Cell C states they are the cheapest and you must change to them and blah blah blah and then they over charge you for a sim swap. Vodacom and MTN charges you just over R10 for a sim swap. How do you get to that? and then Cell C tells me no their system charges R150 but it only gives a slip of R50. Now tell me there aint anything fishy about that??? Accordingly to me that is nowhere near how business should be done. Either someone wanted a quick buck or there is going on there but you cannot provide a slip which does not state the correct amount on it. Cell C is the worst network out there with absolute coverage and their customer service is up to.
