POOR Service costing me money

There was an extra -R300 .00 added to my monthly debit order. I went to the nearest branch to asked what happened. The CSR said he will send a request and I'll be refunded within 30days. After 30 days I had no refund. I went back, another consultant assisted me and said he will look into it. They later told me that I made PHONECALLS from my internet simcard, adding up to about R300.00?! I said it's not possible as the internet simcard is in a modem and never gets taken out to place in a phone. I requested a list of the numbers that was phoned, that they couldn't supply me with and said I must pone itemised billing department to get a statement. After two weeks, and after being billed for the itemised billing statement I still haven't received the statement, I still haven't been refunded. My bank account had to go into an overdraft and I request MTN to refund the extra amount that they deducted AND the interest I have been paying on my overdraft as I NEVER authorised this amount and NOBODY at MTN can assist me with the numbers that was phoned. This is VERY POOR I CAN NOT LEAVE MATTERS LIKE THIS UNFORTUNATELY...
