I recently decided to join virgin mobile again after giving up on them a few years ago, due to bad service and a whole lot of other problems, but it already seems like I made a BIG mistake. I received an Invoice saying that they will deduct the amount I owe on the 19th of January, after struggling to get the money I paid it nto my account, 19 January came and went no deduction was made, then I remember they told me the firts debit order will go off on the 1st of Feb, its now the 8th still no money was deducted, if they dont want my money excellent because I really need the extra money as I am a new mom and formula is expensive. I really dont want them contacting me asking for a double or triple payment, I sent them emails through their website, no one came back to me, I phoned customer care and was waiting for 15 minutes no answer (yet again, previous problem also), I decided not to bother phoning them as I dont have airtime to waste.
