I have migrated my cell number to a pre paid in the begin of Jan 2013. I was advise that the credit will be pass after billing. I waited untill 06/02/2013. Sent a mail to c/care refer Ref: 0013Ma8FVHE6AKRX. I had to sent this mail back three times allthough all my details was on the first mail I sent. I was forwarded my billing that shows that my CREDIT was written off and there is no credit due to me? WHY??? Who paid the account over? I called 082111 and was transfer to accounts department, where I request the person to hold on and he dropped the call. Please advise if this is how Vodacom just write off credits and does not confirm with the client if they want there money back seen that there was no banking details on the account?
Please advise what I need to do to get my credit back on my bank account? th credit is R59.80
