I opened a contract with Cell C mid January with the insurance that I would be covered in the area that I live in. Never the less i have NO and I mean NO signal in and around my apartment. Not only that, I lose signal in the most random places.
I phoned the Walk in Centre in Tygervalley Shopping Centre and was promised a call back from their manager. It has been 3 days and I still havent heard from him. I tried calling again and he's 'unavailable'.
I want this contract cancelled with IMMEDIATE effect. I dont want to submit any cancellation letters, emails, phone calls, NOTHING! I just want to return the phone and wipe my hands! I have had enough hassle with this "service" provider. I refuse to pay for a service that doesnt work. Its called the Consumer Protection Act!!!
