ADSL line died on the 24th of Jan

I am a senior programmer and have multiple international clients, some of them located in Australia. I regularly provide remote support for a security system at night. I rely on my ADSL to work. To make the problem worse is my son was born on the 1st Feb and I will be working mostly from home for a while.

On the 24th, my ADSL line went down. I reported it the next morning and a technician came out the Monday thereafter. He was her for 5mins and said that the cables was pulled out in the "Telkom Box". After he inserted it again it worked, but then the next morning the line died again. After reporting it again to Telkom they have not sent out a technician again. What makes it worse is that I drove round in the neighborhood and found 3 Telkom technicians. They all listened to my story and promised me that they will come and have a look at my line as soon as they are done. I even found the technician that fixed it on the 28th, he also promised to show up.

Naturally they have not showed up!!! I have tried to work on 3G but the reception is not good enough for remote support. My next step is to try and escalate this problem at the call cente
