I pay for my ADSL line and it never works. I phoned telkom a few times to resolve my internet problem and every time they confirmed that it will work or there is nothing wrong with the line. I asked then if a technician can come and look for the problem at my residence and they confirmed they will dispatch a vehicle as soon as possible and that was about 5 weeks ago and till to date there was no technician or any person from Telkom here to repair my ADSL line. That is pathetic service and it seems that Telkom does not care about my problem.
