I have had ADSL service for some years now, but since the beginning of this year connectivity is almost non existent. Technician came and told me that I live 4 kms from exhcange so cannot expect connectivity. My house didn't move in December and I am pretty sure that the exchange didn't move either! Recommendation was to cancel service and save myself their charges! Excuse me!?? I was given this advice by three of their staff members.
