I got my contract phone which i bought through Mtn direct on the 16 jan 2013, it took me 2 days to get my phone activated. Within 7 days my phone started freezing and i took it to service centre in Menyln and they told me its upgrade problem and i need to send it to Blackberry buddies in Menlyn still. Went there and they upgraded. That afternoon its started doing the same thing, on the 4/02 i took it to midraand repair centre cos it was now switching itself off as well. They gave me a refurbished phone after 4 hours, when they reinstalled back up info BIS didn't work and they instructed me to phone 1555 they will restore it for me. Called 1555 and i spoke to Themba Radebe whom tried to installled told me that my sim is old, i bought a sim card (swap). Still my phone didnt work spoke to Muzi Radebe who advice me to go to 14 avenue. I went back to midraan on the 6/02 which took another 4hrs and still left with another refubished phone with BIS but back to square 1 cos this one switches itself off and the unfortunate part since i bougt it online noone wants to take responsibility of this. for the past 3days i have been skipping work tryin to fix thisbut it hasnt been fixed.
