REALLY??? Should I just accept this loss???

Vodacom without a doubt is the worst company for service in South Africa. At not one tier of the Vodacom organization does anyone know what is going on. I have issues with Vodacom on every level, even this channel where no body responds, I have tried facebook, twitter, calls to their call centres and everyone passes the buck. From phones that are out of box failures taking months to replace as and when they see fit, to deducting whatever they want from your account. This company seems to be a law onto them-selves.
If you choose to become a Vodacom Client then this is the terms on conditions:
1) Vodacom will very seldom return a call, or contact you.
2) The free phone you receive is not "yours" as this would make Vodacom accountable under the consumer protection act to replace such device if you are not happy with it in 6 months, not 7 days as per their policy.
3) They will deduct what-ever they want from your account, and charge what-ever they like.

They deducted almost R900 from me last month for some "migration fee", the call center cannot tell me why, or how to get it back, this is after they told me they would call me back which as per normal they did not.
