Misleading of information

On the 18 October I bought a samsung e2222 on prepaid for my daughter before I bought the phone
I asked the lady who was assisting me if the phone has whatsapp she said no but I can download it from
the internet I tried to down it but I couldnt on Monday I called MTN Wonderboom to tel them that I cant upload
whatsapp on the phone the lady that I spoke to (Samantha) told me to cal 1555 they will give me a guideline on how to download I called 1555 and the cal centre agent told me to go back where I bought the phone. I called Samantha again she told me to buy a memory card to upload I did and still I cant upload. I told her that how about that I bring the phone back so that I can buy Nokia 201 cause it has whatsapp and the phone is still under warranty she said the manager wont thake the phone back. I thought the return takes 7 days if the phone is faulty or the customer is not satisfied with the features especialy if you have asked an advice from a person who is working at the shop, she should have told me that she does not know unlike to mislead me to buy a phone that I will not use it at the end of the day and now the manager refuse fo take the phone back with 7 days of warranty
