Shocking service for Domain Transfe

I applied to Mweb to transfer my 2 domains to their business server: Website transfer plus exchange server mailboxes. Applied on 11 July and told turnaround time is 3-7 work days with no down-time (except time it takes to set up mailboxes internally). On my application 1 August set as target date. Then nothing happened despite several follow up calls -I was told to"relax"! Then Mweb said the delay was with my existing ISP but after intervening it became clear that MWEB never sent the requests in the first place. Only after I intervened and by phoning both existing ISP and MWEB repeatedly did the matter get dealt with. The one domain ticket transfer request was sent to my existing ISP on 31 July and the 2nd only on 2 August!! They then cut off our email service and failed to send info on how to set up mailboxes on our side. We had to repeatedly phone to request this info. I was left in the dark all the time. It is now 6 August and my website is still not up because Mweb has not provided my old ISP with basic info. If you are looking to move your business to a new ISP, do not go to MWEB unless you have lots of time to spend on phone calls and don't mind the frustration
