Hello Peter, I logged in a fault at Telkom on Friday the 18th October 2013 for our business line (013) 932 2904. They told me a technician would be sent out on Monday 21st October 2013. Till this point nothing has been sent to our site. They gave me the following reference numbers: 546CTK211013 and 547818. Everytime I speak to one of their call centre operators they keep on telling me a different story. Kulani told me the turnaround would be 24hrs, its been 96hours still nothing. This morning Michelle told me that the turnaround is 48hours. Am not getting joy out of these people from the call centre as they keep on lying to me. I have explained to them on numerous occasions we are running a business and of the impact the internet not working has on our operations as our clients are starting to get frustrated as well with not receiving their documents from us. Please help...
