This is it! I'm done with MTN!
I don't want to year "sorry for the inconvenience and the matter is being attended to" anymore!
I'm fed-up and so frustrated with MTN and their way of doing business.
Here is a question that I hope MTN will answer:
"Who gives MTN the right for taking my money for a service not being delivered? "
This directly in conflict with the customer consumer and customer protection act of 2008!
It is Government Gazetted that I have the right to fair, just and reasonable terms and conditions as well as the right to fair value, good quality and safety. To sum it up, I have the right to demand quality service which I don't get!
I've been a MTN customer for almost 6 years, never in my life have I had such ignorance. At a daily basis ill receive voice message (sometimes 16) late at night (23:00 AM) for the day's proceedings! I did not receive any of those phone calls! This is potential emergency calls, work and business calls as well as private calls!
If I pay for a service, then surely I'm entitled to it?
Ref number at MTN REQ:1725019.
I will make use of the media and my remedial support!
