I signed up with CellC in February 2013, moving over all my contracts from MTN. MTN gave me extremely bad customer service and CellC impressed me with their quick and efficient help. I asked the sales person that day if CellC has good coverage and she said yes, just as good as the other providers in the Metropolitan areas, just some rural areas the other providers are better. This was fine to me as I am mainly in metropolitan areas.

The service was fine for the first few months, but last three months I have experienced a drastic drop in the quality of my coverage. Dropped calls, low quality calls, applications that keep saying network error. I thought it may go away, however, it keeps getting worse. I run a business and my clients need to stay in contact with me. I now receive sms which says six calls missed an a lot of voice mails, even though my phone is on. My wife experiences the same on her phone. I checked the phones, thinking the problem there, but the problem persists.

If the quality of the coverage keeps dropping, I see this as a breach of contract. I hope this matter to be resolved quickly, otherwise my business is going elsewhere.
