Cell C do not understand Customer Service or Quality of Service. I complained about QOS on my newly ported no the day after I got my new device. I have spent at least 15 hours on the phone with Call Centre, Supervisors of Call Centre, Technical, CEO Office to no avail. To top it all head of CEO office Lucky Mpofu does not even bother returning calls even though he has promised on 4 separate occasions as well as emails addressed to him. As late as last night I threatened tgoing to media regarding this, but guess what it falls on deaf ears. His staff are none the better, I must have been promised at least 10 times that I would get a return call but have not had a single feedback and I am not prepared to assist in resolving problem anymore.
THE FISH ROTS FROM THE HEAD, so how can one expect staff under Lucky to respond any differently.
I have had to purchase a prepaid contract with good old MTN to resovle my problem of continous dropped calls, missed calls. poor line quality.
CELL C HAVE NO IDEA of CUSTOMER CARE or QUALITY of SERVICE.
