I had put through a claim at the end of March and after many phone calls as to why it was not yet paid and NO answers, I got Lebo. Not only was he pleasant, he told me exactly what the problem was and then proceeded to give me his personal email address so that I could get back to him with the relevant document. He promised me that he would make sure that this issue would be sorted out once and for all. He was true to his word and I was rebated for the consult within a week of me sending in the document. Not only was he efficient in his work, keeping me informed of the progress, he was absolutely pleasant and fantastic in his explanations. Very well done Lebo, I wish there were more of you out there.
