I went to apply for something at CellC and its almost 4 years i have a contract with them but when i went to apply for something this year i was told my account was handed over to their legal department for the amount of R73.02 which no one could give a clarity as to when CellC did not get that money but because i wanted to apply and my account was told its with their legal department so i go ahead and pay the R74.00 on 28 January 2013 so i can go on and apply but still the account is not yet up dated i suspect no one is clear why the account is on their legal department and no one ever phoned me before and i thought my contract is running smooth as they are getting the money from my bank account, some time in May/ june so 2011 i change the banking institutions so they could not get the payments which i went to Deposit on the 28 of June 2011, the amount of R221.50 then after that i thought all is up to date, but still to day my account is not yet up to date so i dont understand why they say i should pay that R74.00. On 28 Jan after I made the payment
of R74 i received sms saying they have received my querry and they will attend to it, The Reference no is 3012801153
