Worst Service eve

I have been in an accident on 7 October 2013. My vehicle, GWM Steed 5 2013, is assured with Outsurance. They recommended that Brits Auto Body (not my choice) needs to do the repairs, because my vehicle is still under guarantee.
Everytime I phone or go to find out when I can get my vehicle, they have a different story. First it was the wrong side (left or right) and then they are waiting for the parts form GWM SA, as they don't have the correct parts. This is totally unacceptable, It is already more than 8 weeks.
I phone Brits GWM and ask them why do they struggle to get parts for the GWM's. Danie at GWM Brits phone the GWM in Durban for the parts that we need and they told him that they have all in stock.
My wife also call Outsurance to complain and then they phone Victor (Co-owner) of Brits Auto Body. He was very upset and said that we can phone for the parts. This is not my job to phone for parts. What kind of service is that? We are going on holiday on 13 December but have no vehicle to tow our caravan. Who is going to compensate me for the lost?
This is the worst service I ever received. Where is the problem? GWM SA or Brits Auto Body???
