Good day

Hope you are all doing well.

I took my phone on the 4th January to istore Clearwater for software updates and it is unfortunate they couldn't help because at first they were complaining that their wifi signal is very bad due to loadshadding.

Then my phone was stuck on ITunes giving them error massage... and was advised I should pay 250​ so that they can book it for technician.
I paid that.
The sad part I needed the phone to be updated so that I can write exam and attend my clases and I was using it to monitor my daughter University application and nsfas?, now I havee my phone back because I didn't have money to be fixed as they said and I took it to the store working, now my phone is not working ???,didn't write, my daughter application ??,
All I am asking is istore to remove their iTunes and give me my phone back and I will use it as it is pleease
