It took me 2 months to get my faulty NeoGO Data card replaced. Now that I finally have it I can only get it to connect on one of my computers, any other computer I try I get told I have an incorrect username password combination. Im using the same details that I have on my one pc that does work... plus the old one worked fine on all the computers until it broke. I have now emailed tech support and been waiting call backs but Im getting nothing... im seriously now looking at getting an uncapped service elsewhere as the support/service is shocking... quick enough to take the debit order every month, not so quick to help out.
