On 12 August 2013 I was called by Karish and told me he will help me with my contract upgrade for cellphone number 0733812264, but instead what he did was to get my line suspended. I called to enquire why my line was suspended, Johan looked at it and told me he will have to reverse the upgrade and put me from Data to Voice because the line was changed from Voice to a Data Package by Karish and Data Package does not make/receive calls. Until today the line is still not working. Another week or so passed, I called, Praven Gordon could not help. I called again Abel Motoung could not help instead he rudely told me that management has got jobs to do when I requested to speak to management. I am unhappy with the service from MTN. I am not sure what can I do to get my line back, since that line is my main line that everybody contact me in, including my employer. this can go in as far as me getting disciplinary because I am not available on the line that the employer is paying me for. I will like to know from MTN if i will be billed for this month since for a period of about a month the line has been out of service. I want to be helped to see my line back on service again immediately.
