Number Port not done

I upgraded to an iphone 5 on 2013/02/01 and also asked for my number to be ported from MTN to Vodacom. I received the phone and simcard and was tol it would be done within 2-36hours. Today is 2013/02/06 and still my iphone is not working and the number hasn't been ported. I have contacted Trevor repeatedly and spoke to him. He promised to get back to me but up to now he has not called me back to confirm what the delay is. I am now at the point of taking the phone back and cancelling my contract with Autopage. I have never received such bad service from them before and is very disappointed as I have been a customer for over 8 years.
