I have pd every month but phone is cut??

I had my contract line cut and they claim my contract is not paid for 2 months. I have my bank pmnt history which shows full pmnt for the past 2 years of R100, i just dont know what the is wrong with their accounting system and they put a late pmnt history on my credit report of 60 days yet i pay 15 days before the due date every single month?? This is frustrating and believe me I have phoned the call centre and they have no clue!
