I been with Autopage for many years. I have ported my number from Cell c to Mtn and had no problems. when I decided to upgrade, I visited Autopage Gateway, I spoke to the consultant and advised her that I a real estate agent and The most important tool is my cellphone. I had concerns with the network and she assured me that Cell C is excellent and I wont have a problem. I signed up on the 22/7/2013 and received the handset on the27th and handset returned on the 29/7/2013. I called several times with absolute no joy. The consultant had me going back and forth. I called Autopage H/o and there reply was that gateway is a franchise store and they have business partners. when I took the handset and sim, they asked me to keep the sim. I explained that its of no use if it doesn't work. The data was wasted and even the calls were dropping. I pleaded for my number to be ported back to Mtn. I have received a bill, i have no handset. I'm using another sim so I contact my unhappy clients. I called the owner who says he cannot assist and that H/o has to give go ahead. Iam using a number that is not suitable for business. Autopage till this day has not contacted me yet they have billed me
