FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER &VODACOM GO BACK ON THEIR WORD

VODACOM AND AFRIZONE HAD SENT ME A PACKAGE (WHICH INCLUDED 2 PHONES AND A GIFT CARD) WHICH I DIDNT WANT.THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR IT EVEN THOUGH IT HAD NOT BEEN USED. R315 FOR DECEMBER AND R315 JANUARY. I HAD CANCELLED THE CONTRACT WITHIN THE 14 DAYS. I WAITED FOR THE COURIER TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE WHICH TOOK ALMOST A MONTH FROM THE TIME I FIRST COMPLAINED WHICH WAS IN DECEMBER. AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS FINALLY COLLECTED VODACOM PROMISED THEY WILL REFUND ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF R630 WITHIN 7 DAYS. THIS WAS IN JANUARY. IT IS NOW MARCH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY R630. WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO CHARGING ME VODACOM & AFRIZONE WERE QUCIK TO DO SO BUT NOW WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO REFUNDING ME THEY ARE FAILING TO DO SO. IS THIS HOW VODACOM AND AFRIZONE OPERATES? I HAVE TO KEEP BEGGING FOR MY MONEY. VODACOM AND AFRIZONE HAD TAKEN R630 OFF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND I EXPECT THE FULL AMOUNT OF R630 TO BE DEPOSITED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER.
