BUYER BEWARE!

On receiving a Homemark voucher from Vodacom, I registered on-line as instructed and was told that in order to determine the voucher value, I first had to select products. Having done that, I was informed that I would have to pay an amount exceeding R2000 for the selected products, at which time I requested that the operator cancel my request. That was the end of it - or so I thought! A month later, the money was deducted from my bank account and despite numerous telephone calls answered by extremely bombastic and aggressive operators, the company has refused to return these funds withdrawn from my account. To add insult to injury, Homemark has since delivered the items (none of which I recognise) and are now attempting to deliver a further "Special Offer" for which they will deduct an additional R2900 from my account again unauthorised! Talk about from the poor to give to the rich!
