After calling the call centre many times during 10 months about this problem, I received the following advise from the call centre lady: get 5 people with the same problem and we will look into it.
Please assist as I am not able to do efficient business using this network. As I signed a contract I do not want to carry on this way for the remainder of the contract period. It will be a waist of money and very bad for my business.
