Horrific service..!!! cheating your customers

A month ago, i sent my phone to be repaired. I was told it would take 21days. After 24days i gave them a call and was told it would cost R500 to repair my phone. This was ridiculous as my phone is still under warranty and insured. They then said, no incident claim form was filled in and that I would then have to wait until they approve the claim or pay R500 before they begin repairs. I was furious as they should have told me about the claim form, and not wait until I called them almost a month later. The claim form was completed, we were then told 31days after sending my phone for repairs, that it would not be covered and that i need to pay R700 to fix it. This is outrageous, to repair a blackberry speaker and replace rubber buttons! My contract only expires in June, and although i would like to upgrade, i will rather take my contract somewhere else along with the other contracts i have with cell c. And will continue to tell friends and family about the poor service received each time they ask when i will be receiving my phone back. I will also continue to complain until i experience good service as this is not my first bad experience with cell c.
