I have reported incidents at Vodacom since Feb 2010, and up to now I am still experiencing bad network service on data and voice in the Witbank region. Evrytime they refer me to the next person and not willing to sort my problem. As it is now a year since my initial report on the incident without it being resolved nor proper feedback received. I am now using thise site as a last resort (again) as to force an answer from Vodacom as I am now requesting to cancel all my current Vodacom contracts. I am now at the point of using another service provider as Vodacom can not offer me what they advertise nor the quality service they claim to provide. I also request Vodacom to have a look at how many times I have reported issues so that they can see how long I have been struggling. I am fed-up and done with this poor service and paying for a service which doesn't exist.
