I'm waiting for 3 days now for my contract sim to be activated and now suddenly I get the feedback that my corporate contract has been declined. This after my first corporate contract 2 years ago was approved with ease and activation was nearly immediate. My company is in a better condition in all aspects, in comparison to 2 years ago. Now my 2nd contract is being declined because someone is too lazy or ignorant to do their job properly? UNACCEPTABLE!!! This second contract is an upgrade from the first and 6 months of bank statements prove an excellent credit record.
I do not tolerate incompetence and expect this issue to be solved immediately. Cell C is indirectly causing damage to my company as I'm unable to phone clients.
Someone with brains please fix this immediately!!!
After 2 years of good, no complaints, service I get this type of service? I can only imagine that all loyal returning customers are treated in the same unprofessional manner.
