Wanted to get an I-Pad contract. Was told to bring in the usual, 3 months bank statements, proof of address and pay slip. No problem, when I got there, told that the statements had to be bank copies with a stamp. Was not told that when I enquired what to bring. Big waste of time. Thing is, I have been a customer of theirs for the last 30 years, rica'd and everything!!! Was told in no uncertain terms that either I go to the bank and have them stamped and come back, or no deal.
Walked next door to MTN did the deal and was out of there in 30 minutes. ID only needed as i was an EXISTING client!!!
Wake up Telkom!!! Now we know why you are where you are with your monopoly and all. Learn from the people who actually WANT to do business!!!
