Worse service of my natural life

I have just gotten back from Telkom Mobile in Menlyn Park Mall and I am absolutely disgusted and infuriated by the level of service that I receive there. This is my fourth attempt to try and open a Telkom Mobile contract because I noticed that the pricing is better than the larger cellphone service providers and has more coverage than Cell C.

What I consistently encounter at the store is the most amount of disrespect, miscommunication, the longest queues and the most complacent work force I have ever encountered.

I have gone to the store four times to try and open a Telkom Mobile Contract and each time there is a different document that I need that I did not present. I initially needed a green ID book (because so many people carry those around) the second time they wanted my physical address and not postal address on my three month bank statement, the third time they wanted three months pay slip and not just one month and now the final and last time they wanted the bank statements to be stamped on a Sunday at 10:00 in the morning. This is completely ridiculous.

The staff are always on their phones or cellphones, no one is willing to assist you in anyway. TELKOM is REVOLTING
