Went to the Mossel Bay branch on the 20/12/13 to open a account for myself and my wife. They needed proof of residant and I give them my Rental Contract that I recived from the agency I renting my flat from. The lady then told me that I need to certify it. HUH? All other banks expect it. Then went to Telkom they print my wife telephone account and stamp it that it is a true copy. Went back lady called manager but still no luck. Told me that I must bring the origanal account. Helllloooo TELKOM that knows were my line is installed at the correct address stamp the invoice to say it is a true copt and that my installatin address is on the invoice and that it is the correct address and ALL other banks excepts it except CAPITEC. Why not I do not know? This is madness. I think if you take a BIG Company like TELKOM not to be trusted than I do not think this bank must be trusted. VERY VERY poor service
