Very bad customer service at Vodacom Online Sales

I applied for a new contract for a notebook at Vodacom. I was then contacted by a sales person, Gerswayn at Vodacom Online Sales, he was at first helpful and then they required documents which I sent through, and then he never uploaded my documents and I needed to call 7 days later and find out what is going on. I then spoke to Rendan who uploaded everything and then needed more documents, which I don't understand in the first place because I am an existing customer at Vodacom. After I gave the needed documents I was then asked for my bank-statements, I sent through my bank statements without a bank stamp and thats when I contacted the supervisor Marvin de Waal. I told him I could not get bank statements stamped until the 30th of August and if he could try and accept my statements as is or otherwise I would need to look for another contract elsewhere because I can't wait so long. Rendan said to me then he is sorry and I must then apply somewhere else for a contract and after I asked Marvin to please let me know what is going on he does not want to reply my emails. I sent him another one and asked him why he does not respond, still no response. Bad customer service.
