Cancelled contract - New contract unavailable

I am a Business Customer.
I had a 8ta contract that was going to expire on 16 Nov. I went to the branch at The Glen to find out if I could upgrade to 15GB data package. I was told no, as my deal was a special. I checked the deals and saw one available. I was told not to get the new deal as I was going to be billed twice. I was told to give a month notice before my contract expires. Vukanni sent through a request for the contract to expire on the 16th of Nov. This was 20 October. On the 22nd Oct I started getting an error message on my WiFi device saying SIM not provisioned. I went to the branch a few days later to find out what was wrong. I was told my contract was cancelled with immediate effect. In order to open a new contract I needed 3 months bank statements, Proof of residence and ID. I went back after the 1st of the month (Busy) and said I wanted to get the deal I saw before the 1 st. I was told this deal expired and the only one now available is R120 extra without the Free WiFi Router. Since then I have been trying to get the deal I was told not to take. They do not answer the landline. They do not come back to you after promising. I need to speak to someone at Telkom NOW.
