Billing Issue

I did an upgrade in store but i happen to be paying for two upgrades. I then received a bill fro R1300 and some odd, queried with the store and the agent but no luck. I then got a bill to day for R4000 and Odd plus my subscription fee witch is R812 what is happening i need feed back today please Nashua Mobile
