This is the 4th day that we don't have cell or data coverage! Why are we paying an account every month if we don't get the service we pay for?? When I called the coverage Call centre they were rude and made if I don't know what I'm talking about. Insisting that there is coverage and that the tower is working. They even told my neighbour (that is also with MNT) that it was his phone that we broken, that is why he doesn't have coverage! This is getting just to much, we are loosing business daily as our clients can't reach us. When will this be fixed? Why do we have to and moan to get the service we deserve? PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!
