ITEM BILLING REQUEST FOR DATA USAGE

Vodacom SA is really giving bad service, I am requesting from the 18 Feb 2013 a item billing list for my data usage while i was aboard (Dubai) and none of their employees are capable enough to issue me the report requested. Yesterday they request me to go to a Vodashop near me, after sitting 2 hours in front of their capable personel they still could not help me. Last night they only lock a call for me after more than 3 weeks, but stil i will not receive the report untill i fax them my id and a letter requesting a detail report, funny enough i had my id with me and was sitting in front of the capable vodacom employee and still i need to fax it to them, then i just left before i loose control, i mean i was sitting in front of her and she got all the information and still i need to do all the faxing as they requested me to go to a vodashop nand they will help me. I must say Vodacom customer service is not good, they also blocked my internet usage but i must pay even if i did not use the inernet from about the 18th of February, they request a full months payment, what about the data that i am going to loose. Really Vodacom Customer care service is BAD.
