I reported the same incident every week, stipulating the broken signals when calling. I have spoken to two cell c representatives already and have filled in the forms that were sent, to no avail.
They don't ever respond back and never ever fix the problem. Over and over I report the incidents.
It is simply a waste of time. You will be much better off relocating to another network as, and when an emergency occurs, you are unable to phone out..
It takes at least 5 attempts which results in you having to reset your phone several times every time you wish to phone. It is extremely annoying. I wish to warn everyone considering jumping networks
to stay put. You will be sorry!
