Disgusted, humiliated

Went into Vodacom store, the 7th time, after strugling to get the phone I wanted, that came quiker by ordering online, then, I needed a smaller sim, paid for it, waited for sim swop, after 2 days, still can't use my phone, went back, same reply as everyday, systems ofline, its never been online if u ask me, then, the guy tells me, go to the cellphone repair store, pay them R20 and they will cut it smaller, so why did they let me pay for a sim card, and wait for a sim swop, when they tell me to go cut it across the road? Really frustrated by this vodacom service, the guy didn't even say sorry, systems offline, just interupts me, and say go there, they will fix ur problem.
