On the 25 March 2013 I signed a Telkom Order Form and applied for a residential Telkom DSL service. my Telkom order number is "73651152A" or "7365H52A" not sure due to poor hand writing visibility. My account number supplied by Telkom is CM937346. As mentioned this order was processed on the 25 March 2013, after being assured that the technicians would contact me to arrange a installation time and date I patiently waited a couple months expecting nothing but poor service from TELKOM. As expected I was correct so I followed up and was assured the matter would be investigated and was issued with the following Escalation no:527868. Imagine my absolute disgust and contempt for TELKOM as it is now almost one year to the date and still TELKOM have still not delivered my service. I have had a year now to see if there is any organisation that supplies or offers any service standards below or worse than that of Telkom and sadly to say I believe it impossible. TELKOM must rate as the utmost worst service provider around.
