After reporting Vodacom last month for a billing queries which got sorted out, another issue arises. They debited my mothers account with R206 whilst the bill was suppose to be R250, claiming there was not enough money in the account to cover the whole amount. That is a blatant from them as there is still money in my mothers account. They then added R100 claiming the debit order returned insufficient funds.

I'm getting sick and tired of this issue now with Vodacom as every month it seems they overcharge on this account. I am considering legal steps against this communications giant. For of a pensioner's money
