I pay for 2 gigs of data every month at R149 per month... I capped the amount at the minimum which Vodacom told me was R50 per month... So technically my bill should not go above R200 per month.

Vodacom calls and tells me that there is a disclaimer despite me having a cap that it wont cut out during a session online and they DEBITED R2500 out of my account!!!
This is so unreasonable! This is not money that I have to spare and it just got debited out despite my agreement that I could not afford more than the amount I pay for mycap every month!!!

Is this even legal?

Sorry vodacom but this is pathetic service and i refuse to ever be associated with your brand again. I will cancel my contract and spread the word of this blatant and evident!
