I signed a contract for a laptop at mtn on tuesday 25/06/2013 an i was told that i will know if the contract is approved by wednesday. Wednesday i got no feedback. On thurday i finally heard back and the contract was approved but they have no stock but the other branches will have and that they will call back if they received stock. Today, Friday, i have still heard nothing and went to the shop. No stock and they made no attempt to get stock. Their response: probably next week thursday. Unacceptable constomer service and i will show EVERYONE away from MTN as this is not the first time this has happened.
